Principal Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management (LATAM)

Sezzle is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to own the evolution of authentication and authorisation, open across Latin America and working fully remotely.

You would own the technical vision, architecture and migration strategy for the next-generation auth platform, built around a purpose-built API auth gateway and clean identity and access management services.

The work covers scalable Golang services on AWS, phased zero-downtime migrations of auth traffic, and standards for OAuth2, OpenID Connect, token strategy and fine-grained authorisation. Demonstrated daily use of AI tooling such as Claude Code is required.
