Staff the front desk overnight and interact with guests on and off the ranch to help make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Manage overnight communications including phones, mail and radio calls. Assist with luggage and packages and respond to guest requests in a fast-paced environment. Maintain five-star service standards throughout the shift and hand off cleanly to the day team.
Some prior front desk or hospitality experience required. Ability to remain stationary at the desk for long periods and move about the lodge as needed. Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment. Clear, professional communication with guests and staff. Ability to occasionally lift boxes up to 25 pounds. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
