Lodge Restaurant Service & Housekeeping Team

Lyngen Lodge, a remote adventure lodge on the Lyngen fjord in Arctic Norway (Olderdalen), is hiring for its Lodge Restaurant Service & Housekeeping Team for the winter 2026-2027 season.

You will work as part of a small team handling restaurant table service and housekeeping across the lodge, supporting guests who come for skiing, fishing, and fjord/mountain adventures. This is a hands-on, guest-facing hospitality role at a remote, close-knit property rather than a large resort.

Season runs November 2026 through May 2027. Pay is a monthly fixed salary for 162.5 hours per month on a 5-day work week, with 8 days off each month. Accommodation is provided: a private bedroom in a shared staff house with kitchen, living space, and internet connectivity.

Lyngen Lodge does not mention visa sponsorship or work-permit assistance on its careers page. Norway is in the European Economic Area, so EU/EEA citizens can work there without a separate work permit; non-EU/EEA candidates would need to independently arrange their own Norwegian work visa before applying, as this small lodge does not appear to handle sponsorship itself.
