WHY SEZZLE APPEARS OFTEN ON THIS BOARD
Sezzle is one of very few US fintech companies that hires country by country across Latin America and beyond, rather than treating whole regions as an afterthought. Their board carries separate listings for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Turkiye and India.
They also publish salary ranges in USD on most listings, which is unusual outside North America and Western Europe.
AI EXPERIENCE IS EXPECTED
Sezzle roles consistently ask candidates to demonstrate experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools. AI-assisted work is treated as standard rather than a bonus.
