Ice Rink Attendant - Winter 2026/27 (Yellowstone Club, Big Sky, Montana - Discounted Housing + Shift Meals)

Distribute and maintain rental skates and equipment and keep the rink facility clean and organised. Monitor ice conditions, resurface the ice and address maintenance needs promptly. Assist with snow removal and daily opening and closing procedures while following all safety protocols. Coordinate with the Rink Lead Coordinator on scheduling ice time, pick-up hockey and ice-related events. Deliver friendly, attentive service to members and guests and promote rink programming to grow participation.

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in ice rink operations, hockey coordination or sports management, with knowledge of hockey and figure skating and the ability to teach basic skating. Physically able to work in cold conditions, stand on ice for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. First aid and CPR certification and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Eligibility to work in the United States.
