Own marketing FP&A end to end, including headcount planning, budget development, purchase order management and actuals tracking against budget. Analyse channel-level ROI and build sales pipeline forecasting models that connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue. Serve as the embedded financial partner to marketing leadership and work cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps. Automate and improve finance processes using AI tools and modern data stacks.
Either strong investment banking experience with go-to-market exposure or eight or more years in marketing FP&A or GTM finance, with a clear understanding of pipeline conversion economics. Comfort owning budgets, understanding channel marketing economics and navigating ambiguity. Proactive at surfacing problems, proficient with AI tools with sound judgement, and a strong communicator. Preferred experience with Google Sheets, Databricks or Snowflake, NetSuite, Zip and HubSpot. Must be permanently based in the United States or Canada; an offer requires a background check including recent education.
