Expedition Leader – Polar Expedition Cruises (Antarctica / Arctic)

Oceanwide Expeditions runs polar expedition cruises to the Arctic and Antarctica. As Expedition Leader, you will lead the onboard guide team and passenger programme, ensuring safe, high-quality, IAATO/AECO-compliant expeditions to destinations including Svalbard, NE Greenland, the Falklands, South Georgia, and the Antarctic Peninsula.

Lead and manage the onboard guide team. Plan and run the passenger activity programme. Ensure regulatory (AECO/IAATO) compliance and passenger safety across polar landings and excursions.
