Event Design Coordinator (Tether, Remote: Europe, Posted Across Belgium, UK, Italy, Norway and More)

Manage intake and triage of creative requests from multiple teams, clearly scoping deliverables, formats, deadlines and specifications for each event. Write complete briefs and project-manage designers across several concurrent event workstreams. Conduct quality assurance reviews of all event deliverables, verifying brand consistency, technical specifications and production requirements. Organize and maintain shared drive structures with clear documentation of assets, briefs and lessons learned for each event. Anticipate risks tied to vendor timelines, production windows and scope changes, coordinating with partners and giving proactive updates to stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations or related project management. Demonstrated knowledge of print and digital production processes, including dielines, safe areas and color modes. Exceptional organizational ability to handle multiple concurrent requests with competing deadlines without losing detail. Experience giving actionable creative feedback to designers and reviewing work in Figma or similar tools. Proactive risk-assessment mindset and fluent English; Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
