Direct and coordinate the Front Office, Transportation, Security, Bell Staff and Concierge departments. Manage hotel operations and planning with the Rooms Director, including staffing, forecasting, cost control and staff training. Run the hotel when the Managing Director is away. Coordinate guest service procedures across housekeeping, reservations, front desk, concierge, bell, transportation and security. Work with engineering, sales and marketing, and the controller on maintenance, marketing and budgeting.
