Build a multi-year People Operations and Compliance roadmap that uses AI to improve the team member experience. Run the case management platform, setting response standards and escalation paths. Oversee global mobility, handling complex relocations and working with Legal on regulatory compliance. Own global employment compliance and audit outcomes and manage a Senior Compliance Analyst. Administer PEO partners and lead People Operations setup for new entities and global expansion.
10+ years of HR or People Operations experience, including 5+ years leading global teams. A record of building and scaling people operations in complex, multi-regional organizations. Working knowledge of global employment compliance, including experience with works councils or employee representative bodies. Experience using AI and automation to streamline operations, with strong attention to data accuracy. Strong judgment, stakeholder management and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
