Director, Financial Reporting - Special Projects (San Francisco or Seattle)

Anthropic is hiring a senior accounting leader to run parts of its public-company financial reporting. You will own the statement of cash flows, subsidiary and compliance reporting, new accounting standards and stock compensation reporting. You will also contribute to the 10-Q and 10-K filings and act as a main contact for the auditors. The role includes building automated reporting workflows with Claude and benchmarking disclosures against peers. The role is on-site in San Francisco or Seattle. Anthropic states: "We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate." Pay is USD 230,000 to 300,000 per year.
