Developer Support Engineer

Description

RevenueCat — the mobile subscription infrastructure platform processing over $12B in annual purchase volume and powering subscriptions in more than 40% of newly shipped mobile apps — is hiring an entry-level Developer Support Engineer to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world. You'll help iOS and Android developers integrate RevenueCat's SDK, debug edge cases from cryptic stack traces, build internal tooling and dashboards, and guide engineering teams at companies like OpenAI, Notion, and VSCO from blocked to shipped. The role is one of the few entry-level positions at RevenueCat and a proven career launchpad: past DSEs have moved into Product Management, Support Lead, and Technical Account Management. You need 2–3 years of engineering or technical experience or a shipped mobile app using RevenueCat, comfort with Swift/Objective-C or Java/Kotlin, and the ability to thrive in a fully async, remote-first environment spanning 25+ countries.
