vCluster Labs is hiring a Customer Success Engineer for EMEA to drive outcomes for Global 500 and AI cloud customers. You will own customer onboarding, success planning, adoption, renewals and expansion for platform-engineering and DevOps customers, hold credible technical conversations about vCluster architecture, tenant isolation and RBAC, and run executive business reviews. The team is distributed around the globe with a remote-first culture, and this role is remote within EMEA. Pay is EUR 100,000 to 115,000 plus equity and commission.
