Customer Service Agent (Canada, Remote)

Sezzle is hiring a Customer Service Agent based in Canada, working fully remotely.

You would support Sezzle's consumers and merchants across the buy-now-pay-later platform, handling enquiries and resolving issues.

This is one of the few Canada-based roles on Sezzle's board, which is otherwise weighted heavily toward Latin America, and one of the more accessible entry points into a NASDAQ-listed fintech.

Sezzle is a NASDAQ-listed fintech company (ticker SEZL) with a mission to financially empower the next generation. Its payment platform provides interest-free installment plans to consumers, driving sales for thousands of eCommerce merchants.

Gross annual revenue is above 450 million dollars with net income over 133 million dollars, across roughly 400 employees and contractors. Sezzle also holds B Corp certification.

WHY SEZZLE APPEARS OFTEN ON THIS BOARD

Sezzle is one of very few US fintech companies that hires country by country across Latin America and beyond, rather than treating whole regions as an afterthought. Their board carries separate listings for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Turkiye and India.

They also publish salary ranges in USD on most listings, which is unusual outside North America and Western Europe.

AI EXPERIENCE IS EXPECTED
