Sequoia Parks Conservancy is hiring a Crystal Cave Manager to run the seasonal cave tour operation inside Sequoia National Park, California. The role leads the interpretive staff who guide visitors through the cave, manages scheduling, coaching and evaluations, and oversees retail and sales at the site. The position is full time and subject to an annual seasonal furlough, with a January 2027 start and operations running through the spring, summer and fall visitor season. Pay starts at 24.40 dollars an hour and rises to 39.04. Seasonal housing is shared through the National Park Service when available, and employees pay rent. Conditions are rural and rustic, internet is intermittent, and there is no pet-friendly or family housing.

Supervisory experience including scheduling, coaching and retail operations. Able to hike a half mile steep at elevation in 20 minutes multiple times daily, stand 8 hours and lift 40 lbs.
