Associate Account Director (100% Remote outside Canada)

Description

Wishpond Technologies — a publicly traded SaaS company building AI-powered digital marketing solutions for 3,000+ small and mid-sized businesses across North America, pairing a modern AI tool stack with strategic, accountable people — is hiring an Associate Account Director on a full-time contractor basis, 100% remote from anywhere outside Canada (currently prioritizing candidates in South Africa and Mexico). This is a hands-on marketing leadership role, not a sales role: you'll own a portfolio of approximately 12 VIP accounts while directly managing, coaching, and serving as the QA gate for 2–3 Account Managers. You'll set campaign strategy, use AI tools to produce high-quality work efficiently, review all team deliverables before they reach clients, and coach your AMs to improve campaign quality and client satisfaction — setting the stage for your growth into an Account Director role. 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media (Meta/Google), SEO, email, and landing page experience are required.
