ElevenLabs — the AI research and product company that defined realistic AI voice, now an $11B company with $781M raised from Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, serving millions of users and enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta across its voice AI platform (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI), with annual company offsites in Croatia and Italy and a team that prioritizes talent over location — is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to scale voice AI solutions across a growing enterprise customer base, fully remotely from anywhere in the world. You'll partner with Account Executives to own the technical sales motion, work directly with customer technical teams to architect integrations between ElevenLabs' voice AI and their existing systems, craft compelling demonstrations, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify integration patterns that can be productized. A strong technical background with Python proficiency, customer-facing engineering experience, and a genuine passion for AI and voice technology are required.
