ElevenLabs — the $11B AI audio platform backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, serving millions of users and building the most important audio AI platform in the world across voice synthesis, music, speech-to-text, and conversational AI in 70+ languages — is hiring Full-Stack Engineers to build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of its product suite, fully remotely from anywhere in the world. There are no titles at ElevenLabs — only impact. You'll own features end-to-end across the full stack: building new proof-of-concept products directly with partner customers, improving existing products with sweeping UX and functionality improvements, building enterprise integrations, and working on the massive-scale data infrastructure that trains the next generation of voice AI models. The stack is Python on the backend and TypeScript/React on the front end. Notably, ElevenLabs does not require formal degrees, certifications, or years of experience — they care about what you can ship, demonstrated through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Annual co-working stipend; annual social travel stipend to meet colleagues; company offsite in new locations each year (Croatia and Italy so far).
