Camunda — the enterprise agentic orchestration platform trusted by 700+ organizations — is hiring its first cohort of AI Process Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers, working fully remotely from anywhere in the world. ProcessOS is a new kind of Camunda product: business processes described in natural language, generated as executable BPMN workflows, and improved autonomously from production data. As one of the first FDEs on the ground, you'll own the deployment journey from first process file to a running, self-improving workflow — debugging integration failures, writing custom agents against legacy APIs, standing up Camunda clusters from scratch, building connector logic that gets enterprise systems talking to ProcessOS, and leaving customers with a team that can operate independently. What you discover in the field feeds directly back into how ProcessOS is built; the patterns you find get codified, the bugs you uncover you often fix. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product, a function, and a field practice from day one. Enterprise production experience, AI-in-production depth (context management, prompt engineering, agent testing), and stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership are all required.
