AI Forward Deployed Engineer – EMEA

Camunda — the enterprise agentic orchestration platform trusted by 700+ organizations — is hiring its first cohort of AI Forward Deployed Engineers for EMEA to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers in the region, working fully remotely from anywhere in EMEA. ProcessOS is a new Camunda product: business processes described in natural language, generated as executable BPMN workflows, improved autonomously from production data. As one of the first EMEA FDEs, you'll own the full deployment journey — from first process file through to a working, self-improving workflow system — debugging integrations, writing custom agents against legacy APIs, building connector logic for enterprise systems, and handing off to customer teams who can operate independently. You'll work end-to-end across Java services and React interfaces. This is a founding cohort role: the playbook doesn't exist yet, and what you discover in the field directly feeds back into how ProcessOS is built. Enterprise production depth, hands-on AI-in-production experience (prompt engineering, agent testing, integration tradeoffs), and stakeholder communication across engineering and business leadership are all required.
