Associate DeFi Growth Specialist

Description

The Lido Ecosystem Foundation — the organization behind Lido Protocol, the leading Ethereum liquid staking solution — is hiring an Associate DeFi Growth Specialist to own a pipeline of integration and collaboration opportunities across the DeFi ecosystem, focused on driving adoption of stETH, stVaults, and upcoming protocol initiatives. Working fully remotely from anywhere in the world, you'll proactively build relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users, run structured outreach from first contact through to signed agreements, coordinate incentive programs, and track daily developments across DeFi and TradFi. The role offers flexible hours, an education and professional development stipend, equipment and co-working reimbursement, and a 12-month contract structure. Candidates need 1+ years of DeFi ecosystem or growth experience, multi-year onchain product usage (hard requirement), and deep familiarity with Ethereum staking mechanics.
