Puzl CowOrKing is built specifically for Sofia's IT community, on the fourth floor of a building on Cherni Vrah Boulevard. It has been named best coworking space in Central and Eastern Europe multiple times, and the space includes a rooftop terrace with views toward Vitosha Mountain. Showers and personal lockers are on site alongside the usual desks and meeting rooms.

Betahaus Sofia opened in 2012 as the first coworking space in Bulgaria and remains one of the largest in the Balkans. The main location sits on Shipka Street in central Sofia, with a second site on Slaveykov Square; both offer hot desks, private offices and event space. The space is pet- and bike-friendly and runs a regular calendar of community and networking events.
