Fabrika occupies a Soviet-era garment factory that has been converted into Tbilisi's most distinctive creative and coworking complex. The industrial space is genuine rather than manufactured, the courtyard fills with food trucks and bar seating in warmer months, and the coworking zone within the complex has serious fiber and proper working infrastructure alongside the cultural programming. The most atmospheric working environment in the city for those who can tolerate some ambient noise.
