As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a trusted technical advisor to Camunda's most strategic customers, guiding them from onboarding through deep platform adoption and helping them turn their process orchestration vision into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer role with enterprise SaaS. Strong understanding of process orchestration, workflow automation, or integration platforms. Excellent communicator across technical and business stakeholders. Experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers preferred.
