Description

Clutch — the a16z-backed vertical SaaS platform turning credit unions into modern FinTech lenders and helping them serve the 130M+ Americans carrying over $155,000 in average household debt — is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end success of Credit Union onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, working fully remotely from anywhere. This is a builder's role: you'll operate with significant autonomy, defining structure and process where it doesn't yet exist, and bringing a genuinely consultative approach to every engagement — diagnosing what customers actually need, not just what they ask for, and prescribing the right path forward with confidence. You'll drive the full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of onboarding projects: developing project plans and work breakdown structures, running executive sponsor communication cadences, proactively identifying and mitigating implementation risk, and holding cross-functional teams accountable through credibility and influence rather than formal authority. You'll also contribute to the methodologies and practices that help the broader Implementation team scale as Clutch's product and customer base grow. Requires 5+ years in engagement management, professional services, or implementation project management in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
