Camunda — the enterprise agentic orchestration platform trusted by 700+ organizations, ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies, fully remote and global — is hiring a Senior UX Researcher (titled "Generative Researcher" internally) to be the forward signal for the entire Strategy pillar, working from anywhere in the world. This is an unusually high-leverage research role: you'll run 2–4 structured customer discovery conversations per week across all persona groups (developers, business analysts, CoE leads, compliance officers), build and maintain live opportunity maps fed directly to three Outcome DRIs accountable for what Camunda builds and why, own the failure library of every customer who couldn't reach value, run monthly FDE field synthesis rituals translating forward-deployed engineer signal into structured opportunity updates, and run holistic end-to-end product validation sessions that stress-test the complete customer journey across all investments simultaneously. You make decisions change — not just describe problems. 5+ years in product or UX research in B2B SaaS or enterprise software required. Annual Kickoff in Madrid 2026.
