Description
Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source. They are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company backed by $77M from Craft Ventures, Nexus VP, and Uncorrelated Ventures. As a Strategic CSM, you will own the end-to-end commercial relationship for strategic accounts, including renewals, expansions, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. You will develop multi-year account plans and build relationships with senior executives and engineering leaders across enterprise customers.
Requirements
Proven enterprise or strategic account management experience in SaaS. Strong track record of driving renewals and expansions. Ability to build relationships across technical and executive stakeholders. Experience with fraud detection, identity, payments, or security verticals a plus.
