Luxury Presence — the leading digital platform for luxury real estate professionals trusted by 60,000+ agents and 31 of the Wall Street Journal's top 100 performers, building AI-powered websites, marketing, and operational tools for elite brokerages and agents — is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead its AI Marketing platform, working fully remotely from anywhere in LATAM. Luxury Presence is an AI-native engineering organisation: engineers work with an unlimited budget for Anthropic (Claude) tokens, use AI coding agents daily to write, review, and ship production code, and are building toward a world where humans design systems and AI builds them. As a technical leader in the AI Marketing squad, you'll architect and own the AI-powered platform features that help 60,000+ real estate professionals grow their business, drive architectural decisions across the squad, and define what a next-generation AI-augmented engineering team looks like in practice. The role requires someone already living in the agentic development paradigm — Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools as a daily driver — with strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js fundamentals and clear opinions on how AI changes system design at every layer.
