Airalo — the world's first eSIM store enabling seamless connectivity for travelers in 200+ countries and regions, a travel-tech company with a globally distributed team across 50+ countries and six continents — is hiring a User Retention Specialist to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and maximize long-term user loyalty. Working fully remotely from the UK or Spain (valid work authorization in either country required), you'll dig into retention metrics, design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, build segmentation strategies, run A/B experiments, and identify exactly what keeps Airalo's globally mobile users coming back. The role sits within the Growth and User Experience function with direct impact on a product used by travelers and digital nomads worldwide.
