The role is genuinely engineering-wide: you'll shape problems with product managers and designers rather than taking tickets, ship to production daily, and own meaningful parts of the platform covering school management tools, educator mobile apps, and operations software. The stack is Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Heroku, and Cloudflare, with AI technologies increasingly embedded across the product.
