Senior Product Designer (LatAm)

Homeward — the fast-paced, fully remote real estate startup that takes the "what ifs" out of homebuying by creating financial products that give buyers and sellers certainty and convenience, partnering with real estate agents to offer bundled cash offers, mortgage, and title services across 13 US states — is hiring a Senior Product Designer based anywhere in Latin America to help deliver on its mission of building a simpler, more customer-centric home buying and selling experience. Working directly with Product Managers and Engineers, you'll improve and expand the tools that power Homeward's buying and selling platform, shape product experiences across internal and customer-facing applications, contribute to the evolution of the design system, and manage feature roll-outs end to end: research, wireframes, engineering handoff, testing, and continuous iteration. 5+ years of product design experience at a high-performance startup, Figma proficiency, user research skills, and a strong outcomes-focused mentality are required. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate (contractor engagement) with computer reimbursement.
