Head of Solutions Engineering

Description

Offchain — the company behind Arbitrum, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution in production used by Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain, backed by $124 million in funding and securing billions in value across thousands of supported projects — is hiring a Head of Solutions Engineering, working fully remotely from anywhere in the world (the role cannot be performed in California or Colorado). This is a senior player-coach role: you'll lead client-facing technical strategy at the highest level while staying hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details. You'll partner directly with leading application teams building on Arbitrum to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, build long-term ecosystem partnerships, and proactively identify the most promising application teams for the Arbitrum ecosystem. You'll also work directly with the Product team to shape go-to-market strategy and incorporate developer community feedback into the roadmap. 8+ years of technical experience across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture, 4+ years leading technical teams, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology including rollups, smart contracts, and onchain infrastructure are required.
