Senior Product Designer (EMEA)

Remote.com — the all-in-one global HR platform enabling businesses of all sizes to hire, pay, and manage international teams across 6 continents with full legal compliance — is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its EMEA region to join a 40+ strong multidisciplinary Design team. The role is fully remote, as are all positions at Remote, and sits at the centre of the company's mission to remove the barriers that stop people from working across borders. You'll autonomously lead design within a product team, navigating ambiguity to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences: identifying and understanding problems, applying the right research methodology at the right time, crafting persuasive narratives around design decisions, and collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Managers worldwide to ship remarkable experiences that help customers find, hire, manage, and pay anyone, anywhere. Preference is given to candidates with experience in complex B2B SaaS products, particularly HRTech or FinTech.
