Senior Product Manager – Payments (EMEA Remote)

Hostaway — the first short-term rental property management system to reach unicorn valuation, a profitable and fast-growing SaaS platform used by property managers and hosts on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and 100+ other channels worldwide — is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own its B2B2C Payments product, working 100% remotely from anywhere in EMEA (16+ eligible countries including Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UK). You'll lead the vision, launch, and optimization of guest and host payment products — covering payments integrations, PCI compliance, authorization rate improvements, and invoicing — using data to prioritize features and define KPIs, monitoring industry trends and regulation to keep Hostaway's payments infrastructure ahead of the market, and collaborating directly with customers via interviews and feedback programs to translate insights into a forward-looking product roadmap.
