CodePath — the AI-native organisation reshaping who leads tech and how the industry gets built, with 40,000+ learners and alumni from 1,100+ colleges working at Amazon, Google, and Meta, a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and a team that runs on Claude and partners directly with Anthropic — is hiring its first Senior Product Designer, working fully remotely from the United States, Europe, Canada, or anywhere in LATAM. You'll own the experience design of CodePath's learning platform end to end: how flows are structured, how people navigate, how interactions feel, and the design system that keeps everything coherent as the platform scales. This is a founding design role: there is no large design org around you, and you'll be expected to run your own product discovery, talk directly to students and internal stakeholders, and translate ambiguous problems into engineer-ready wireframes and specifications. Day to day you'll design the Learner Hub (personalized career roadmaps, skills tracking, employer-connected pathways), own CodePath's first design system, untangle and redesign the core platform areas no single PM owns today, and design AI-powered learning interfaces including tutoring, coaching, and grading. Compensation is $148,000–$190,000 USD annually for US-based applicants, adjusted downward by geography for Europe, Canada, and LATAM hires.
