You'll architect and build highly secure, resilient backend services in Java/Spring Boot that interface with payment processors and local financial networks including Pix, own the full data lifecycle from asynchronous transaction processing to React-based dashboards and internal tooling, lead and mentor junior engineers through backend code and system design reviews, and embed AI tools across the full development lifecycle as a core professional competency. The role requires 5+ years of backend engineering specialising in distributed systems and Java/Spring Boot, 2+ years of practical React experience, and English working proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
