Marketplace Partnerships Manager

Description

Supabase — the open-source Postgres development platform born remote with 280+ team members across 55+ countries, $500M raised, and no offices anywhere in the world — is hiring a Marketplace Partnerships Manager to own a critical slice of its growing partnerships function, working fully remotely from anywhere globally with no location-based salary adjustments. This is a part-operator, part-partner manager role: you'll run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously (follow up, qualify, nurture, move deals), manage partners post-onboarding (co-marketing, integration support, adoption tracking, co-sell and account mapping), be the primary point of contact for a book of partners representing Supabase externally, and own and extend the operational backbone of the partner program across intake, onboarding workflows, billing coordination, and tracking systems. Domain expertise with an ISV, database company, or app marketplace ecosystem is important; you should understand how developers evaluate and adopt infrastructure tooling and have a track record in co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns that delivered real results.
