Software Engineer (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

Description

Xapo Bank is a fully distributed team of 130+ working remotely from 30+ countries. As a Software Engineer you will design, build, and deploy high-impact backend services that are secure, fault-tolerant, and available to millions. You will take full ownership of services from initial design to production operations across business domains including Wealth Management, Financial Crime Prevention, Customer Acquisition, and Member Money Movement.

Requirements

Strong foundation in software engineering with proficiency in Python preferred. Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of microservices, cloud-native patterns, and container-based applications. Familiar with the full SDLC and keen on CI/CD and automated testing.
