Senior ML Engineer

Description

Clutch is an a16z-backed vertical SaaS company transforming how credit unions operate as fintech lenders. As Senior ML Engineer you will own production ML and AI agent systems, build the low-latency ML API powering the Next Best Action engine, and ship LLM agents for real conversations with credit union members. You will be the senior ML/AI voice on a five-person data team.

Requirements

5+ years ML engineering experience with models in production. Experience building low-latency ML APIs and LLM agent systems. Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn proficiency. Experience with prompt versioning, evals, and observability.
