Solo.io — the $1B VC-backed company behind the Gloo Platform, the industry's leading API and service mesh management platform used by some of the world's largest enterprises to connect, secure, and observe APIs, microservices, and data, with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, eBPF, and now agentic AI infrastructure — is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect for AI Onboarding across EMEA, working fully remotely from the UK, Spain, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Hungary (exceptionally strong candidates from other EMEA locations may also be considered). As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be the technical heartbeat of Solo.io's most strategic EMEA customer relationships as they build the next generation of AI and agentic platforms on top of the Gloo Platform — guiding customers through LLM gateway deployments, agent-to-agent communication infrastructure, securing model traffic at scale, and extending Solo.io products to support agentic workloads end-to-end. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for a small portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, lead complex technical escalations, drive product adoption through new use-case discovery, and champion customer feedback into the Solo.io product roadmap. Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role and deep Kubernetes, service mesh (Istio/Cilium), and API gateway expertise, plus 1+ year hands-on with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI infrastructure.
