Multigres is Supabase's open-source distributed database system that brings horizontal scaling to Postgres: you'll architect and implement sharding, consensus protocols, materialization systems, and query routing logic that push the boundaries of what's possible with distributed databases. You'll collaborate closely with the Postgres, networking, and infrastructure teams across the company, and work in the open — all code, documentation, and architecture decisions are public.
