Description
Supabase is hiring its first GSI Partnership Lead to launch and lead the solutions partner program from the ground up. This is a 0-to-1 role: define the program, recruit the first cohort of partners (systems integrators, agencies, consultancies), and build the operating system to scale beyond it. You will own strategy, commercials, partner experience, and operational rails. You will inherit one team member from day one and build out further.
Requirements
0-to-1 program building experience at a SaaS or developer platform company. Understanding of partner ecosystems. Experience structuring commercial agreements (referral, co-sell, resell). Familiarity with HubSpot CRM. Excellent async communication.
