Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote – North America EST or UK)

Description

Offchain — the company behind the Arbitrum stack, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution, used by Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave and Apechain, with over 100 teams building their own Arbitrum chains and backed by $124 million in funding — is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-touch, critical role ensuring the CEO can devote complete attention to the company's mission. Responsibilities include managing intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands while prioritising conflicting requirements; organising detailed travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas; coordinating projects and event planning including off-site meetings and employee retreats; managing a high volume of email, flagging important messages and coordinating calls; drafting confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO; and handling expense reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, even-tempered, trustworthy, highly organised, operates with a high level of security and confidentiality, and thrives in a remote tech environment — anticipating future needs, including the CEO's personal needs, so they can operate at their best. Requires a minimum of 5 years providing concierge-like support to a C-suite executive, and a track record with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies. LOCATION REQUIREMENT: you must be based in North America (Eastern time) or the United Kingdom. This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.
