Acquisition Engineering Team Lead

Alpaca — the globally distributed brokerage infrastructure platform powering trades for 9 million+ accounts across 40 countries with $320M+ raised — is hiring an Acquisition Engineering Team Lead to own the frontend engineering and team management behind Alpaca's marketing funnels, landing pages, and regional web experiences, working fully remotely from anywhere in EMEA. This is a player-coach role: you'll directly manage and support engineers in the acquisition area while remaining a hands-on technical lead. You'll own the engineering side of acquisition end to end — from headless CMS architecture and content operations to funnel analytics and conversion — working closely with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Design to deliver compliant, high-performing regional experiences as Alpaca expands globally. The stack is TypeScript, React, headless CMS, and Next.js. 5+ years of frontend experience, proven experience leading engineers, and a track record of owning web acquisition surfaces are required.
