Payroll is one of the most strategically important and high-profile product areas at Remote: the team builds the experiences that empower customers to pay anyone, anywhere safely and compliantly. As a Staff Product Designer you'll be an IC leader driving excellence of craft across several product teams, leading primary research and developing robust strategy for genuinely complex, meaty product challenges, innovating user interfaces that serve enterprise-scale payroll customers, advocating for and collaborating with product designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders worldwide. Strong evidence of designing complex B2B SaaS solutions in HRTech or FinTech is preferred. Remote is async-first, fully distributed, and operates with no mandatory standups across all timezones.
