Working fully remotely from anywhere in the world (Employer of Record model used for international hires), you'll build and manage pipelines for AI-native talent across US, EMEA, and APAC geographies, partner with hiring managers on role scoping and leveling, develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche voice AI and applied ML talent, and help Deepgram navigate compliant, scalable hiring across time zones and cultures.
