Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote Build)

Remote.com — the all-in-one global HR platform enabling businesses on 6 continents to hire, pay, and manage international teams with no borders — is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for its Remote Build product, working fully remotely from anywhere in the world. You'll partner directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered integrations and agentic workflows connecting Remote's platform with customer systems, turning messy real-world requirements into production-grade implementations that perform real operational tasks end-to-end. The role covers the full arc from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, reliability, and measurement: building data pipelines, workflow automations, tool integrations, and agentic services using LLMs, RAG patterns, prompt and tool design, and agent frameworks. You'll develop reusable playbooks and reference architectures from individual solutions, bring field learnings back into Remote's product roadmap, and own the reliability and continuous improvement of deployed solutions. Around 10% travel for in-person customer engagements is expected. Salary range is $53,300–$215,750, geo-adjusted globally.
