Senior Manager – Technical Program Management

Description

Supabase is hiring a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management to stand up and lead the TPM function. You will own the cross-functional interface between Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Success, Support, GTM, and PMM. You will manage a small team of senior IC TPMs, define the operating model, author the company standard for project management in Linear, and own the dependency graph for Supabase's largest programs.

Requirements

Prior experience building or leading a TPM function at a fast-growing software company. Strong technical fluency. Proven record owning cross-functional programs. Strong async written communication. Bias for action over process. Experience with Linear or similar engineering tooling a plus.
