You will transform raw customer data and feedback into actionable insights that enable CX teams to make better decisions, shape the Customer Voice Program, manage team scorecards and data integrity, integrate AI tools into reporting frameworks, and build governance processes for long-term insight accessibility. Must be currently located in the Philippines with the right to work there.
