Business Development Associate – Developer Ecosystem

Offchain — the company behind the Arbitrum stack, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution used by Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain, backed by $124 million in funding — is hiring a Business Development Associate for the ZeroDev Developer Ecosystem team, working fully remotely from anywhere in the world (the role cannot be performed in California or Colorado). ZeroDev builds Kernel and modular account infrastructure — non-custodial smart-account wallets that app developers drop into their products. You'll own the top of the developer funnel for ZeroDev: identifying and pursuing partnerships with early-stage builders, pitching ZeroDev's Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams, tracking leads and nurturing from interest to technical evaluation, representing ZeroDev at hackathons and demo days, and engaging leads on social platforms — particularly Crypto Twitter — to position ZeroDev in Account Abstraction conversations. 2+ years in BD or similar role, practical knowledge of smart accounts and EIP-4337/EIP-7702, social platform lead generation skills, and experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows are required.
